Tariq Fayyad provides clients with the expertise required to provide an effortless experience throughout the entire buying and/or selling process. His expertise in Real Estate Development for over a decade has allowed him to represent client’s best interests utilizing his vigorous negotiation skills and understanding of the best possible and/or potential use of a property; ultimately maximize profitability for his clients. His extensive background in property management, leasing, acquisitions, consulting, land development, permitting, and construction is fundamental when pricing, listing and negotiating properties. Tariq Fayyad currently hold state licenses as an unrestricted construction supervisor, hoisting engineer, and real estate salesperson. His expertise is recognized by local municipalities as he donates his time by being a member on the local zoning board of appeals where he resides. Tariq is also undergoing his second Master’s of Science Degree in Construction Management at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
